I went through this back in 2008, so I have a safe full of high cap mags and enough ammo to take care of a small army. Not really gonna go crazy this time like I did back in 2008.
Just gonna enjoy what has taken me 20 years to already accumulate.

Same thing here. Placed a bulk order for a few cases of target loads before prices go up from the demand, along with a few more mags for my new XD9. I was planning on purchasing an AR lower to start my first build (got AR envy every since my hubby purchased one), now I just might do that sooner than later. However, none of my decisions arose because of the election. It's all stuff I need and want, and for which I have money saved up.

Oh, yeah. I meant to say all my purchases are fake. My internet persona is a gun nut. I don't actually own any guns. In fact, I hate guns!

J&G has a sale on 9mm so I ordered another 2K. $199 per 1000. I don't think those prices will EVER be back.

Just some ammo for now. Debating on another CCW or some sort of rifle.

I just put half down on a Mossberg 500 Persuader from Bud's. I've been wanting a 7+1 shotty for a while and figured why not.

If ye love wealth better than liberty, the tranquility of servitude than the animated contest of freedom, go from us in peace. We ask not your counsels or arms. Crouch down and lick the hands which feed you. May your chains sit lightly upon you, and may posterity forget that you were our countrymen.

I bought a Beretta Mini Cougar 8040 at 7PM on Election Day but I prefer to call November 6th my birthday instead. I had to buy that because nobody got me the "new president" that was on top of my wish list.

I couldn't pass it up at $300 and I really like my Mini Cougar 8045 so I figured I'd pick up a buddy for it.

I've been looking at a couple of AR-15s for a while. I think it's time to "pull the trigger" on one now. <-- Pun intended :)

Not a thing! I too am recently unemployed from a COAL related job, for the THIRD time, during the current administration. Odd how just a couple of weeks ago I was thinking about the purchase of a couple of new guns and now all I care about is surviving. Enjoy your new purchases and shoot a couple for me....

Exdee40 must live in my neck of the woods. Lots of unemployed folks thanks to coal mines shutting down.

Anyway, I'm not buying anything. I am looking to sell or trade a couple of items, doesn't seem too many people are motivated to buy much though.
