The re-election of President Obama has not changed my buying habits.

That said, I will soon be buying an AR15 carbine, but that was the plan before the election too.

Don't have any needs for serious self-defense handguns so will be pursuing any of several classic firearms that interest me.

Seeing as I just rejoined the ranks of the unemployed for the third time since our beloved Prez first took over, I'm not rushing out to buy anything not absolutely necessary.

    Re: Post election purchases

I have purchases that I want to make, but the fear of layoffs makes me think I should hold onto my tiny savings.

Contrary to the news media, there are more workers than there are jobs... at least that's the story where I live.

I've been sitting on a stripped lower for about a year. It's probably time to get serious and get it built.

There seems to be shipping delays at SGAmmo and Ammo To Go due to a spike in orders at both places per the e-mail I got from my regular monthly orders. They were 1000 Rounds of Green tip 5.56 and 1000 rounds of Ranger T 147 Bonded 9mm.

    Howdy!

Someone asked yesterday after the stockmarket drop 300 points what to invest in gold, silver etc. . . The response was "LEAD and CAN GOODS"!

Nothing I wasn't planning on before. A couple of thousand round of fmj and a few hundred rounds of jhp. I tend to shoot a couple of hundred rounds a week. I was tinkering with the idea of an ar or ak but now I've decided to go head and buy one in the next few months.
