Announced today an expansion of the Umarex Arms in Chaffee Crossing (part of the old Fort Chaffee, at one time the largest base in the country and where Elvis was inducted).
Right now they have operations for their air guns, but the announcement mentions Walther Arms. What they are going to manufacture exactly not mentioned, but about 120 new employees.
Fort Chaffee is on the outskirts of Fort Smith, Arkansas. It is still a Regional National Guard training center pre-deployment.
