    Got my Sig SP2340 back.

I sold the very first handgun I purchased about a year ago to a friend. The other day he asks me if I want to buy it back, cause since he bought it from me he's never shot it. heh He planned on getting the 357sig barrel for it but never got around to it. Anyways, I didn't know how much I missed that gun until I held it. I'm happy I have my Sig back This was my original carry gun for almost 2 years and it still looks new, no wear whatsoever. My XDs are going to be spending more time in the safe.

    I know the feeling.

It's a great gun. I carry the SP2002 (company requires a 9mm). No way am I giving this one up. Will likely add a 2340 to it in the future.

I also have the Sig 2340 in .40 S&W. It sure is a beauty. Glad you have it back.

Anybody know why Sig changed the model from 2340 to 2022?

Actually, the 2022 is formerly the 2009. However, the only differences between the 2340 and 2022 are:

the 2022 now has the universal accessory rail ( as apposed to the funny rail that Sig put on the others )

    and the 2022 is 9mm whereas the 2340 is .40 s&w
