Aftermarket barrel for Glock 23 gen4 suggestions?
The pistol club I belong to has a sign at the entrance to their indoor range "no jacketed bullets/Lead ONLY".
With Winter coming - I'll be shooting indoors a lot and suppose I should look into swapping my stock Glock barrel to an aftermarket so I can shoot lead.
I'm leaning toward a Lone Wolf drop-in replacement barrel but would appreciate any other suggestions others can offer about alternatives or types to avoid. Or even experiences with the Lone Wolf or other models.
(I hope this is the best forum for this question)

I have used Lone Wolf, Storm Lake and KKM. I am partial to Storm Lake but all three (4 including Glock) are more accurate than 99% of pistol shooters. Mechanically, there is little difference between the barrels. All three work well with lead bullets. From a cost perspective, least to most would be Lone Wolf, Storm Lake and KKM.

Why aftermarket? Bigger question, why switch barrels? Just clean after each session. When/if barrel looks worn, then replace.
If you're bent on spending the money, I'd just get another Glock barrel. No advantage I'm aware of to do otherwise.

I bought the SL barrel to shoot my lead reloads, and it never functioned up to par (too many fail to go into battery). Went back to my G30 OEM barrel and never looked back. Never have any leading issues. That's in .45. Other calibers I won't say.
My son swears by KKM for his guns.
