G19 Gen 4 Range Report
Less then a week ago I picked up my Gen 4 19, today was my first chance to take it out for some fun. Ran a full box of 250 rounds of UMC 115 grain. Happy to say it worked flawlessly, not a single issue and only had one piece of brass hit my forehead. The gun was born in July of this year.

^ Nice and clean after the shooting session

One hit your forehead? For some that would mean a trip back to Glock and a page-long rant about the massive failures of the Gen 4. I mean, if a gun can put evey casing in a shot glass 10 feet away something must be wrong.
Enjoy your G19. It will serve you well.

G19 Gen 4 Range Report
Out of 250 rounds ONE piece of brass came back at me. Not a big deal at all considering it was my last am of ammo and I was firing as fast as I could pull the trigger

Crestwood1001, I think OldVet was laying the sarcasm on pretty heavy. I'd say he is a fan of Glock's.. just a guess. Happy shooting!

Fan, yes. Fanboy, no. I don't love my Glock, but I do like it a lot. I enjoy shooting my other guns just as much, and they all take a turn on duty.

I got my first glock (19 gen 4) about 5 months ago. No failures whatsoever. It is my favorite right along with my S&W Shield. My son bought his FIRST handgun a month ago. I let him decide on his own becuase I think it is somewhat of a personal choice. After shooting many different manufactures and models at the range, he liked the glock 19 so much, he bought one for himself. I believe it was a great choice for his first.
