I'd rather be lucky than good any day
There's nothing that will change someone's moral outlook quicker than cash in large sums.
Majority rule only works if you're also considering individual rights. Because you can't have five wolves and one sheep voting on what to have for supper.
Yes, soon to buy a 10mm Glock. Not a total panic, but has been moved up.

Ordered a bunch of pmags from brownells.
Not really a panic buy, but I am planning on getting either a cheap AK or SKS, or a kahr CW9, I'm kinda leaning toward the kahr because I will carry it daily when the summer heat is here, kinda hard to ccw an AK
I have some friends that bought some ARs yesterday because they're afraid a ban is on the way.
The nice thing about the 20 is that they aren't very popular and common. So it seems mags aren't flying off shelves as fast.
I actually bought 2 G20 mags earlier today, not totally because of panic buying, though I suppose that was part of it. The other part of reason was that yesterday I had a malfunction at the range caused by leaving them loaded too long without cleaning them, and it was a very good reminder that I need two sets of mags so I can rotate them around for carry and keep them nice and clean, and not fully compressed all the time.
I bought a Gen4 G19 today, but not out of panic. I did however, stock up on some ammo and mags before the election.

It is better to have your gun and not need it, than to need it and not have it!

I went out and stocked up on those foam noodles for pools. Figured I'd beat the rush when congress takes our guns away and makes the foam noodles the toughest weapon we can own things will be flying off the shelves. Now I just have to decide how to edc one of these things. Do I duct tape it to my side? Think I can make a owb holster? Maybe I can just wear it down my pant leg? Hmmmm I better go grab duct tape too they might ban it for being "military" tape or something because its so strong.
Not exactly a "panic" buy, but I did purchase a Colt M4 the Saturday after Thanksgiving. Price seemed pretty good and the time seemed "right". I had asked the wife for another 30 round mag for Christmas and after I heard they were getting scarce some places today I decided the time was "right" to order a few more. So I just ordered 4 more from Brownells about an hour or so ago. It wasn't a panic buy--the time just seemed "right".In thinking back, I should have just gone ahead and bought 10!
