they aren't the only ones glock store raised it's hi cap mags for glock from 29 to 49.. never used cheaper than dirt much but they did have a good price on wolf barrels for glock conversion

I never bought a gun online.I always like to take it home the same day.In Idaho we can do that.No waiting period.Maybe they are rethinking there online way of doing biz.It doesn't affect me in any way.But I can understand some of your points of view.Let the dust settle and see what happens.I have Walmart,Big R,Cabelas,Sportsmans,A whole lot off pawn shops that sell new guns.And we can private sell here in Idaho.The internet can do what it wants.But I feel for the people who use it.Dicks in Spokane has no handguns,all long guns.I bought a Ruger SR40c today and the guy behind the counter said he is sold out of AR15's and mags.And all warehouses are sold out also.God bless.

I am sorry kids but I am laughing my butt off. I heard the same "I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEN AGAIN" when S&W caved in to Hillary with the internal lock, and also when Bill Ruger appeared before Congress and WROTE the 1994 AWB. Both companies are S-T-I-L-L doing very well now.

Got an email from them today saying the suspension is temporary and they will be continuing to sell firearms... Simply that they are reviewing their policies and procedures.

The email specifically says they support the 2nd amendment and will continue to do so.

Almost sounded like the suspension was due to demand overwhelming them.

IMO, they're caving ... along with everyone else.

But the reality is that they're taking simple precautions against blowback that could harm the bottom line and threaten lawsuits. Given the ugly stench in the winds, I don't exactly blame businesses for doing it. It's a direct response to the witch hunt that's occurring, just as sure as McCarthyism blighted everything in its path, in its day.

A banner on their site (did anyone actually check their site?) Says that they will resume selling firearms and shipping to ffls after a review of their procedures.

Ultimately, it is up to the FFL to make sire they you're legal, but I guess CTD wants to do more to prevent the statistics?

It's certainly laudable that they're scrubbing their procedures to ensure they're doing everything they can do. But beyond NICS checks, some basic Q&A at time of sale, and ensuring everything's shipped to legitimate/verifiable brick-and-mortar FFL shops of known reputation, there's not a lot they can do.

Unless their fiscal EOY ends on "Newtown Day," I highly doubt it's an inventory thing.
