About LinkBacksI purchased a S&W Shield and i love it. The only concern i was having was i can rack a round with no trouble while the safety is engaged. I thought the safety would prevent that. Is this a normal function? Or is the safety defective?

The Shield is made so the slide can be manipulated with the manual safety engaged. It isn't an issue.
