This is a discussion on So the PMags I ordered in December just got pushed back to a late-april ship date within the General Firearm Discussion forums, part of the Related Topics category; that is so nuts. it was originally backordered to 12/27. now it's 4/29....
that is so nuts.
it was originally backordered to 12/27. now it's 4/29.
I guess ya should have ordered them in late November. Timing IS everything Here's hoping you do get them in Mar-April.
Midway is a reputable sealer and I assume a large relationship with Magpul, so I would d think they'll come through, just a long wait.
I'd rather be lucky than good any day
There's nothing that will change someone's moral outlook quicker than cash in large sums.
Majority rule only works if you're also considering individual rights. Because you can't have five wolves and one sheep voting on what to have for supper.
MagPul shut down all production execpt for the P mags. I am sure they will come out sooner. I was at a gun shop yesterday that had full shelves of them. Hundreds of them for sale in stock. $ 34.99 each. Wait a couple weeks and they will be back at $ 12.99 or so.
better than cabela's when then completely cancelled my pmag order i placed in december
i see the base of people needing them growing with all the new ar-15s going to 1st-time owners. also, people are gonna buy more every day until the talks of them being banned is finally over with or they ARE banned.
the only way i see them returning to normal price and stock is if the bill falls flat to ban them and obama stops talking about it for the rest of his term
I bought two today at lunch for $14 each at my local gun shop. They had about 40-50 in the bin, but were still limiting customers to two.
You will see them "trickle" back on the shelves. Glad to see the local store limits to two per customer.
cabelas by me is limiting 10 boxes of ammo per customer.
do you guys think ammo prices will come back down? they were selling crappy 55gr FMJ .223 for 14.99 at cabelas when it was normally like 7.99
well that's what i'm saying. i can see the price going up and not coming down. just as it seems gas will never drop below 3 bucks again.
i haven't been buying ammo for that long (other than shells), historically does it fluctuate often?
