They should then ask them, "Do you think they should publish a list of people's names and addresses that have prescriptions and of what drugs?" I'm sure they would say, "No, that would be like a shopping list for a criminal." Duh...

They can post mine AND what I have. That way the BG will know I can cut him in half before he gets through the front door. He may reconsier and rob one of those anti-gun pansies. Then the pansies can come banging on my door for help. Can you say irony.

There's an old saying that goes like this, you have to stand for something, or you'll fall for anything. It describes all the mind numbed robots that can't put a thought together on their own, and choose words to express it. These are Obama's legion, marching in lock step with this administration and getting most of their information from the view and Oprah. There are no more news organizations anymore, only liberally biased propaganda machines pumping out lies and misinformation, And these people soak it up like a sponge.

If they're going to release data on gun owners, they should have to also release data on DL holders, people who own big screen flat TVs, laptops, jewelry, folks who keep large amounts of casg under the mattress, and anything else a burgler may find interesting.

IMO, publicizing the info should be criminal (with stiff fines, jailing). I'm all for the CHL info being accessible on a single-person basis for legitimate criminal law enforcement purposes. Anything more than that is not a need; it's merely a want, by those seeking to vilify legitimate owners/carriers.
Sadly, so few people seem to have thought this sort of thing through. All most folks hear is "gun" and they think they'd prefer knowing that about someone. As if it implies criminality or riskiness similar to being a convicted sexual offender, let alone the basic privacy issues.
