I just did a CCW class here in Nv. It would be a violation of law to disclose personal information of permit holders here. Confidentiality is written into our laws.

I loved the woman who supported posting names and addresses of gun owners, and then when asked about people who receive food stamps, she get's that deer in the headlights look and goes, "Oh, now I sound hypocritical because I don't support that."

Well honey, you are a hypocrite! Priceless.

The failing is not the press it is the state legislators in not protecting, by law, such information being made public. Many states do not allow the information to be public record.

Very true. The press has never been constrained by having a moral compass. It's ridiculous to expect them to have one now or in the future.

So if you have nothing to hide, why not allow LE to come in your home anytime they want just to make sure.
Traffic check points to search your car why not you have nothing to hide.
If you oppose this you must be up to something.

Ya know, It's kinda funny to me... The idiots that don't support gun ownership should be furious over the publication. Why? Because it tells any would be robber who possibly does and does not have a firearm in the house. So, if the address your about to hit isn't on the list, you fair a better chance of not being shot during the home invasion... Just shows how stupid some of these folks walking the streets really are... To those morons I say, better you than me or my loved ones.. : )
