I just ordered ammo and mags with my BOA card two days ago. My ammo will be here tomorrow.
Can anyone confirm this with a link? I tried google and nothing came up about personal accounts. My order from midwayusa just came a couple days ago which included ammo, I just bought a few boxes of ammo using my card at basspro and walmart and I renewed an NRA membership using my card.
I'll be honest, the guy on the phone agreed with the caller without hesitation yet was unable to find any information about this new policy. Sounds like this is false if you ask me.

I just used my BOA Visa as well.
Turn the election's in 2014 to a "2A Revolution". It will serve as a 1994 refresher not to "infringe" on our Second Amendment. We know who they are now.........SEND 'EM HOME.
I've used a BoA card to buy all sorts of stuff and I've never once had a problem.

Not to mention it sounds like this poor guy is having to communicate in his second language. He's confused and I don't think he got it at all. It's far from any sort of evidence of anything other than maybe they ought to hire American people for their CS line...

I would like to see if this is a true call.....I know that when I call my bank or any institution that has any widespread reputatuon they won't give you the time of day until you verify you have an account with them and if you start asking unusual or policy questions they normally switch you to a supervisor.

I have a personal beef with BoA over other matters unrelated to this topic, but they are just too convenient in my area to ignore. ATMs literally everywhere I look.

In the last week I've bought/ordered ammo and magazines with my BoA card. No problem. This was a credit card -- I don't know if a debit card would have been different. I doubt if the computer knows if I am buying ammo or socks?
