I would rather do it myself for the experience and fun of diy..Plus I'm really careful with my belongings so I would'nt be harsh or anything doing it..
Also do you know what finish is on a Px4 Storm smolck?

I would imagine an overnight soak in vinegar would be enough to really loosen it. What I used to "de-finish" my 1911's was the following:
And some mag wheel polish. Did a great job. Just remove the finish with the bristle attachments (buy 3 or 4 packages, they disintegrate pretty fast), then polish it up with the felt pads and the mag polish. If you really want a smooth finish wet hand sand it with 1000 grit, 1500 grit, and then 2000 grit paper after you remove most of the finish with the dremel and BEFORE you polish it.

and when I do that I just plug up my barrel when I soak it?
They say nothing should get inside...I dont know
