To all the commentors who posted that this will not pass. Most seem to be from states that respect your rights. This is New England. Other than a couple of northern states, the others don't care about your rights. They are now trying to tell you what you can eat, drink and read. One so far has banned plastic water bottles. Guess they had nothing better to worry about.

Im beginning maybe incorrectly to believe that the more obviously stupid bills proposed by the hand wringing libs that are proposed the better off we are. Bear with me just a moment.
The American people by and large arent totally stupid. Rabidly over the top proposals such as this one might and I do say might, get legislators and voters if not on our side at least on the side of not being openly stupid in public.
Of course I could be totally off base with that too.
