    I am still in shock!! She picked one out!

    So, last week my wife shocked me and said she wants to get her CCW. I am still living in disbelief over that, and today, she shocked me even more.

    We stopped by the local gun shop and she took a look at a bunch of revolvers, We had about 5 out on the counter, and she kept picking them up, looking at them, cycling them, feeling them in her hand, and she said "this one".

    "This one" was the Ruger LCR.

    Problem is, the bank account won't allow it at the moment, she has expensive taste! I MUST find a way to afford it before she changes her mind.

    Count the pairs of shoes she has. Take out a second mortgage.

    Congrats to you both on the LCR. Nice little hand cannon. My wife had one for a while.

    So what kind of work are you thinking off for the 2nd job?

    The LCR is a fine choice. I've said it here many times, it has the best trigger of any revolver of its size. If this one has the Hogue grips it will be fun to shoot. If it's the one with the CT grips it will take practice to get used to it. Either way, a great little revolver.

    I would put that G19 away somewhere you might lose that one too.
