IDPA 9 mm or 45 cap

Any thoughts on shooting IDPA stock service pistol in 9 mm or 45 cap? Just wondering what most folks' experience is?

Not sure what you're asking for. They're both fun, 9mm is less expensive.

9mm is in the enhanced service pistol and stock service pistol divisions. 45 is used in custom service pistol, different division. If you use a 9mm you can shoot both stock and enhanced service pistol. If it has been altered to put it in the enhanced service pistol division, then you can't shoot it in stock service pistol..I personally would go with a 9mm.
