My daughters CZ Scout! The only issue is that it has a pink stock - great for my daughter, and when I shoot it I am "sighting it in" or otherwise "troubleshooting" it for her.

"Gun Free Zones" is where only criminals carry guns.
For Fun-on-a-Bun without breaking the bank, 22LR get high marks. In that category, I'm rather fond of the S&W M&P15-22...

Can't argue with the grins-per-buck with the 10/22s... I've got five of 'em. But for centerfire fun, I'm liking my SKS more and more. Ammo was cheap, the stripper clips load the gun in a jiffy, and stuff flies downrange when hit. The Mosin-Nagants might challange the SKS if the action wasn't so sticky (even after some polishing).

We never fail to have a great time with my Remington 597 .22. The XD40 is fun too, but like others have said, not 4 or 5 times as much!

It's a toss up between my 1948 Remington Fieldmaster Pump .22, my Browning Buckmark semi-auto .22 pistol, and my Henry lever action .22. Cheapest fun you can have on the planet with a gun in your hand. Take a brick out in the woods with these three guns and you'll come back wishing you had taken more.

Guns are like sex and air...its no big deal until YOU can't get any.
A very old .22 marlin I had wore it out bought it for 25 dollars
My Ruger Mark II followed by my 10/22. When I was a kid my cousin had a Browning lever action .22 that was a lot of fun to shoot, never seen a more accurate .22.

Loved shooting my Mausers (1 German, 1 Yugo) when I could find ammo for them. Now I love shooting my Escort Aimguard 12 gauge. It's a lot of fun to shoot clays with despite its 18" barrel!
