I would rather live my life as if there is a God,
And die to find out there isn't, than live my life
As if there isn't, and die to find out there is.

I'd have to say the best fun is 75 round bump fire mag dumps from my Draco. There's just something about the smoke and dust kicked up from 7.62 rounds out of a 12 inch barrel (or whatever it is) that leaves a big grin on everyone's face.

Unfortunately those days may be at an end, because $75 mag dumps are not in the budget.

I have a bunch of .22s and love them all, but the fun/cost winner has to be my black powder muzzle loaders. I have a .50 cal Hawkins and a 1858 Navy Remington replica revolver, and they are just a blast to shoot. Smoke, flames, big bang, and with the Hawkins you can do some insane loads that will knock you on your butt. The revolver is very accurate and packs a real whalluup too.

They aren't quite as cheap to buy or buy ammo for, but considering the 'fun ratio', they're still right in there - the Remington 870 or Mossberg 500 tactical shotguns. The price is higher, but so is the fun, so the ratio becomes competitive.
