What gun gives you the best price to fun ratio?
There are a few guns in my collection that stand above the other in price to fun ratio. For me, that gun is the mosin nagant. For $200 you can buy a gun and a few hundred rounds of ammunition. I can't explain why, I have other, more accurate, more advanced guns but the mosin is still one of the funnest.
Right behind that would be a single action .22 revolver or Ruger Mark II.
So, my question for you. What gun of yours has the best price to fun ratio?
Thanks!
Clay

With the price of ammo these days, my Crosman BB gun, LOL!

Mosin Nagant 91/30 and all my .22 caliber rifles and handguns. I have had many family day outings where we fired at least a 1,000 rnds but mostly . 22 cal. Seems that the 7.62 X 54 has just to much recoil for most in my family. I guess those days are over because of the lame brains that we have presently leading our country.

Any of the .22s around here best answer the fun factor.

By far my Henry H001 22. My wife and I take it up into the mountains and have a great time shooting inexpensive 22 ammo all day long.

For the cheap aspect, nothing beats a single shot 22 rifle and a bulk pack.
For full blown fun with price is no object, the RedHawk 44 and a 1000 rounds of max pressure rounds.

I second the 10/22, a semi-automatic fun machine!

When you put all of the high caliber BS aside and just go out to have a lot of fun and shoot, there is nothing better than a good Ruger 10-22. You will need BX-25 mags though. Everything else is jam happy and that ain't fun.

I agree, Mosin Nagants are fun (I have 4 of various types), but I have the most fun with my Henry .22 lever gun. Cheap to shoot and the slick action of the Henry never fails to bring a smile to my face.

My son has a mosin thats fun to shoot. But for me its my 10/22 and 22/45 rugers. Next in line are my 9mms. And if ammo hadnt skyrocketed in price and be scare to find it would be my stag ar-15.
