I don't shoot it very often anymore, never carry it, but I love that little pop up barrel

    First gun you purchased

First gun was a Ruger 10/22. First handgun was a Kahr CW9. Still had both and still shoot both. I've lent out my Kahr to several buddies who wanted to try out a light single stack and they've all loved it. That gun must have 3000 rnds through it now and not a single failure. That's more than I can say for my G36.

My first gun was a remington 870... Love that gun. My first pistol was a glock 23 and it may be my favorite now.

    Ruger 10/22

A ruger 10/22 as a teenager. I've now had it so long that my boys are using it as they learn to shoot.

I bought a used Heckler & Koch USP Compact in .40 S&W and it has been an absolute track driver and is currently my home defense pistol.

.30-30 Glenfield lever action with 4x scope. Economy model of the Marlin. Great gun, but sold it to upgrade to a Rem 700 .30-06.

    Re: First gun you purchased

Marlin Model 60 .22LR in 1974 (I think). Couldn't even begin to guess how many rounds I put through it. It was in great shape and was my wife's and son's favorite to shoot of my collection (prior to the tragic boating accident where I lost all of my guns). If that hadn't happened and I still had it, I'd never sell it.
