Perhaps all of my northeastern friends in the gun community would like to move to Texas!
Hey, we still have jobs, it will be in the 70's today in Austin, and you get just enough Liberal bent in the Austin area (Austin - Land of fruits and Nuts - the last Liberal Bastion in Texas! - otherwise known as "at least we aren't Waco, Dallas or Waxahachie....") while still having gun rights!

Jersey's problem...there are just not enough gun owners.
The vast majority of the state's population has no vested interest in gun-related matters.
So when a crime like Sandy Hook comes along, the anti-gun politicians are free to add another layer of laws.
Those laws, and the accompanying rhetoric, further reduce the percentage of gun owners by increasing the risk, hassle and cost of gun ownership...
or by pushing more gun-owners to simply leave the state (as I did).
Sad to say...but NJ is a lost cause.

And to think I almost went to work there!
