    Normal level of addiction....

When I decided to carry, my strategy was to pick one gun, one caliber, one round, and be well trained and practiced at just that "system".

I began to educate myself in all aspects. Along the way I stumbled across different styles of handguns that were all appealing. Then I got stuck reading ammo debates. Then I clicked on a link about HD shotguns. Then I saw some sweet AR-15's (Wilson combat anybody?") I had never ever even considered an AR. Then I decided I needed a BUG, which was an acronym that I had NEVER EVEN HEARD before.

Now, I'm reading about flashlights. my first reaction is.."are you crazy? No way I'm fronting that kind of cabbage for a flashlight!" Then about 20 minutes later, "well, they are kind of sweet."

I go to my "armory" and the single S&W M&P seems like its just not enough!

This has to be normal?! Right?

I can relate! My budget has taken one BIG hit since I joined DC and made my first purchase. I feel bad for those who have no idea how educational, reassuring, and fun this journey has been.

With your addictive personality you should never, and I mean NEVER, buy a 1911.

Once an addict, always an addict. Although Frankenstein, King Obama, and those in those camps try to encourage rehab, there is no such thing. Once enlightened, always enlightened.

I look at it this way, if the dems can get addicted to taxes, many different kinds of taxes, I can get addicted to my guns, many many different kinds of guns. New Tax? Time for a New Gun!

There is no cure for this disease known to man. Just roll with the punches at this point and make the best of it.

I've seen worse addictions. This addiction can actually save your life. Most other addictions slowly destroy your life.

This addiction only destroy's your bank account.
