There's nothing that will change someone's moral outlook quicker than cash in large sums.
Majority rule only works if you're also considering individual rights. Because you can't have five wolves and one sheep voting on what to have for supper.
The plain fact is that the average gun owner was not prepared. Why own a gun if you don't have a sufficient quantity of ammo to support your on going training for at least six months. In my case I prepared over the years to maintain a minimum quantity of SD and target ammo on hand to support my training with an additional quantity of ammo in the event the SHTF. I did so at a great savings based on today's escalated prices.
