Do you think she would like a nice new set of FREE buckskin cloths? I am tempted to mail her a free set.

This judge should be brought up before the state judicial review agency or whatever Utah has to oversee its courts. This is an absolute outrage. I hope she is voted out of office her next election.

I don't even know what to say about that except that I hope the voters fire her in Nov.

Judges like this are part of the reason people have lost so much respect for the entire judicial system. I certainly hope the voters fire this one when they have the chance.

Man, I thought Utah (of all places) would be a tough place for someone like that to get herself elected....
Just when I think I've seen it all....

Ok, so if It was YOU that was called back into the Court, what would your response have been to her questioning. By bringing you back in the court, she is out for your blood.
Myself
I would say. "The fifth amendment" to every question she asked me.
I am not on the stand and don't have to answer anything. The only thing she could do is say "contempt of court" which in this case JUST may be accurate. So I would still have to get a lawyer but she couldn't use anything I said against me.
You could always say, "Mame, it wasn't an "Explosive outburst", I just really have to POOP! I'm headed for the bathroom!"

''Outrageous'' is the only word.
Oh no - better add 'disgusting'' also.
Judicial power in hands like that is a travesty.

Judges are continually overstepping their authority. And the worse ones are the appointments for life as you get at the federal level.
As for this judge, even if she is fired peta will hire her as their lawyer.

ret

Judical power ends at the law. Her prersonal beliefs are of no conciquence. If she wants to change the laws regarding hunting she should either lobby for the appropriate bill or become some sort of elected state official. After she gets disbarred her community service should include working at a butcher shop for deer season.
There are over 550 million firearms in worldwide circulation. That's one firearm for every twelve people on the planet. The only question is: How do we arm the other 11? (Yuri Orlov [Nicolas Cage] Lord of War)

Im not mad so much because she dosnt like hunting its her right to belive that way if she chooses to.My anger rises when she abused her power as a defender of laws ect... and blasted this fellow for his god given right to choose to belive another way. And as for the brother that walked out sighing well he has a right to sigh dont he?
