Bersa .40 Thunder Pro

Just a plug for the .40 Thunder Pro or any Bersa for that matter.
Don't over look the Bersa if you're in the market for a semi-auto.

I had loaded some FMJHP and hit the range yesterday to check that
they would function properly. Took two 13 round mags and not one
hic-cup. I shot one mag, the daughter the other before we switched
to our other guns.

Just MHO but I shoot this Bersa better than my Sig 220C !!! This is what
the target looked like with the focus on twelve of the thirteen rounds.
Can't explain a flyer way up around 11 o'clock, I must have relaxed my
grip ?

Count twelve in and around the red ...

I have to put a lot more than 26 rounds through a gun before I'll give it a "plug".

I will say that my Bersa Thunder 9 Ultra Compact Pro is an excellent gun and I have put about 2000 rounds through it.

Okay ...to clarify. I've owned this Bersa for 3+ years and you can be sure it's had it's share of rounds. Probably more than 2000.
I had never loaded or shot hollow points so this was a test of my reloading abilities as well as how well the gun digested them.
Now I did "plug" a 642 with a squid once.

How far were you and how big is that target?

I love my Bersa UC9. I lost count after 3000 rounds, but not one problem at all. I think it is one of the best "bang for buck" pistols on the market.

I carry a Bersa Thunder 9 UC Pro and have never had a failure of any kind with it.

13+1.......14 shots in one ragged hole at 10 yards. Found my first Bersa at Walmart in Texas City, Texas in 1993....been shooting several different models from .22
to .45acp and have never had a failure. Some of the most accurate and reliable pistols that no one has ever heard about. Wish I could have kept it that way since
the prices have increased a bunch over the last couple of years. Oh, well. Gun owners just suck at keeping a good secret to themselves.....just gotta go tell the
world about their great new Bersa.

Roughly 25 / 30 feet, diameter of that "focused" area is six inches. That's good for this senior citizen !

Here's the whole twelve inch target that the daughter and I both shot .38 & .40 at it. Some with the LCR snubbie.

Zonker , gentleman to our right had three ( two brand new ) Kimbers. I was envious when he handed my daughter
one to try out. Her comment later was "you can get me one of those at Christmas" ... yeah right ! He told us that
he couldn't make up his mind on which Kimber to buy and his wife said "buy them both". I should be so lucky !!!
