Can you help me find this model Ruger Mark II?

OK, this is gonna be tricky, but i'll give it a shot.

Years ago, in about 2003 I remember looking at a few ruger Mark II's in a gun shop. If my memory serves me right I saw one with a slab side barrel, about 5 inches long (shorter than the competition model) but it had a darker finish than stainless steel, almost a grey color. Can one one point me in the right direction?

They were actually listed as the "slab side" target model. I believe the barrel length was 6 inches, possibly 6-1/2. It was offered in blued and stainless. Here's a GunBroker listing for a a blued one:

I'm familiar with that model, I actually have the stainless version of that model. I'm looking for one with a shorter barrel, probably about 5.5", I think it must have been a distributor exclusive. It also had dark wood grips.
