Bought my wife a Valentine's Day Gun...

Haven't given it to her yet but I bought a FNAR 308. Nikon 3-9x50 already boresighted but not dialed in. Giving her 150 rounds to play with too for the weekend. Sure hope she likes it!

Anyone else give a Valentine's Day Gun?

If she doesn't like it, I'll take it. I'll be your valentine for that... But seriously, good job.

Hubby bought me a Raspberry/Black Ruger LCP for Valentine's Day a couple of years ago. Still love it.
I think there should be a Valentine's Day Commercial for Weapon Gifts.

Think of this as being said by a sexy girl..funny-celebrity-pictures-courtney-stoddens-easter-egg-hunt.jpg..yeah, ok...like that one.

"Flowers wilt and turn to dust.

Candy is fleeting...and leaves a trail of guilt behind. (In man's voice) Gaining some weight, hon?

Jewelry changes with taste and time.

Diamonds and gold are like lures to criminals.

Get her a Ruger LCP and let her protect her own bling.

Now THAT is a gift that lasts."

BTW To my hubby. Happy Valentine's Day. Does this count as a card?

Spirit...moonraker is right, you should get into advertising! I bet the gun companies never thought about Valentine's Day as a marketing bonanza.

I gave my wife a pink Ruger 10/22. I built it up with a speed bolt, trigger job and tech sites. She shot rifleman last year at a Appleseed with mine. I saw it on the shelf last month. She was very happy with it. Now we can shoot them together. My motto is a family that shoots together stays together.

I bought my wife an lcr .22lr and thought about giving it to her for Valentine's. but then I came to my senses. It is something I wanted her to have, not something she wanted. I gave it to her without any reason except her safety. I bought her a basket of spa type stuff that I gave her yesterday.
