    Zip Factory Gun .22LR

Takes Ruger mags. I seen a youtube video on this the other day (a brief one). I must say, it seems pretty cool to me and the price I got quoted was a little under $250.

I'm thinking about picking it up just for a fun, something different, range gun and/or plinker. Has anybody had any experience with this weapon? Far as I understand (I could easily be wrong), it's fairly new.

I have seen a few at gun shows but have never tried one. To me the design just looks like it would be difficult to hold and shoot accurately.

That is very weird from a design/ergonomic standpoint. Kinda cool looking though.

My wife wants an Uzi. I wonder if I could fool her with this. Lot cheaper than the .22LR Uzi.

I agree. I haven't seen one in person, but just from looking at the pictures and videos, it does look like it may feel weird (for lack of better words) in the hands. I guess I'm looking at it like this... considering the price, how cheap it is to shoot 22, and the cool factor.. I'm willing to take the risk.

I've also read that you can get different top attachments/rails, to where with the right configuration, you could attach it to another rifle's rail. I personally wouldn't do that or pay the extra for it. I'll just be going with the "bare bones" version. It'd just be an interesting range gun for me. :)

I say "take the risk" just because unless a gun's a complete lemon, I don't sell it. If it functions flawlessly, it stays, whether or not I "like" the gun.. can't ever have too many! Besides, the more I buy, the more my son gets when I pass. :)

Here is a kinda cool .22 rimfire toy. Pretty $$$ for what it is but, there is some definite "cool factor" there.
I don't want to hijack your thread so I'll just pop a link to the youtube vid.
