    If you dealt with Taurus customer service how did it go for you?

    I sent in a TCP it was sent back weeks later and they did nothing then give me a attitude because I need to send it back and I wanted it picked up from my house because the nearest Fed Ex is 40 miles away so I had to drive that two times.

    That is an interesting question.

    I chose not to send the M-66 .357 back to them and did the repairs myself, because of the customer phone interaction I had when I called them several times. Not good. Really strange. Rather have the weapon here than trust them.

    That is just my one experience, so it does not imply a trend, just one interaction (Note: if any of you Tarus guys - corporate ISO 9001 Quality Assurance guys read these posts, IM me = you are failing).

    I wanted to do the same but the part I needed they said was restricted I asked is it radioactive I rather have my gun smith or do the work myself.
