    Yikes! Slight liability issue there.

Thus, a shining example of an AD, vs. an ND.

Unless one argues that buying a Taurus is negligent.

When a gun fires after a light shake, it's on a whole 'nother level above the other recalls. I wonder how many people here in the US own a Taurus with the new ShakeFire™ trigger system?

But I keep reading from Taurus owners that Taurus is better nowadays than it used to be.

ShakeFire™: For when you're too scared to pull the trigger. Our patented Shake Detection System (SDS™) will fire the gun for you when it detects you're shaking with fear.

It has to be either a mim part failure or a design flaw.

I don't know, with all the current training just assuming you are panicking maybe this is the next new super pistol. The more you panic and shake the faster it sprays.

It reminds me of the open or "flying" bolt design on the Thompson .45 sub-gun. It's too heavy to really shake fire it, but drop one with a round chambered and it will most like let loose with at least one round, and probably more.

Of course everyone knew this, and it wasn't considered a flaw at the time, but I'm always a tad more careful handling and shooting one because of it.
“Of all tyrannies, a tyranny sincerely exercised for the good of its victims may be the most oppressive." C.S. Lewis
