After Stove Jr's baseball game today (won) the Stove clan went to our local TGIAppleTuesday's restaurant for dinner. While we were waiting on our food I got a text back from Stove the elder about the Mrs' new Springfield. As I am pulling up different pics to text back our waitress comes by and remarks "That looks like mine, how cool".
I asked her what she had and she told me a Springfield XD and promptly whipped out her phone to show me a few pictures. She's 21 and this was her first gun purchase ever, just a few weeks ago before our ridiculous new laws took effect.
Great waitress, and when we were done I paid the bill with a nice tip and then handed the folder to her with a $20 bill separately and told her to use it for ammunition for her new pistol.

Yeah, I'd use that tactic to try to get laid, too.
A little game of I'll show you mine if you show me yours . that is a fun game .

21 female and armed ...... I LOVE IT. There is one less dad worrying about his daughters safety !!!! (If only I could get my 24 year old to the range i might change her mind on firearms)
We had our annual hayride (family and friends) yesterday, and one of my oldest son's buddies female friends showed up.
around 20'ish and she over heard one of my cousins husband and my uncle talking about the shotguns they brought out to shoot earlier, and she remarked, Oh that's cool, me and my dad are on a shooting clays league"
Its great to hear of these incidents with our youth.

Excellent. This story does my heart good. It gives me hope that not all of our youth are brainwashed.
And I love the gesture of the $20 for ammo.
I took my cousin's young son to the gun range and taught him how to shoot. Then I took him to the gun shop to pick one out. I gave him an early Christmas present and told him to put it towards his purchase of a gun.
I want ALL of my family to be safe and able to defend themselves.

I believe that despite the Leftists and their demonization of firearms, we are and will see more people acquiring them. We are living in country that USED to be safe but no more. Too many drug users, dealers, gangs and thugs out there to mention and unless we are able to carry the tool(s) necessary for self defense, we might as well just roll over and die.
Yet, the gun hater/grabbers still think that by taking those rights away from the decent citizens, all will be well. It is the purest form of mental illness in my opinion. Utopia to them is one less freedom of firearm ownership.
Good for the Waitress and good for you to "help" her with an ammo purchase.

It's a beautiful thing, and that was a GREAT way to spend twenty bucks, well done.

A well meaning Libtard friend if mine posted on FB how the world would be perfect if everyone had free healthcare, and no guns......I reminded her that that utopia already exists, it's supposedly the Utopia of PRISON.
Good for you buddy
The strongest reason for the people to retain the right to keep and bear arms is, as a last resort, to protect themselves against tyranny in government.
