Thumbs up Ruger sets the standard again

So I sent my ruger SR40C in last thursday for repair as it was misbehaving. I contacted ruger on monday, recieved labels via email monday afternoon, sent it out thursday, and guess what i got in the mail today !!!!!!!! My ruger.I could not have asked for more. t took 1 week exactly. I took it to the range and ran a box through it, and it was flawless. This is how every company should treat it customers.

Nice to hear. Haven't heard of many people having issues with the SR series from Ruger, glad they got you back up and running, and pretty quick too. Was what your issue?

When inserting a fresh magazine the the slide locked back from last shot hold open, the slide would release when the mag was inserted without resetting the trigger, so I would have to cycle the slide to get it to reset, dumping a fresh round. Ruger repla ed tghe trigger bar assembly, trigger lift spring and the trigger safety and it works like a champ now.

I'm getting a replacement LCR .357 after it's fourth time back. I think I'm ready to fly a Jolly Roger....

Like I'm going to give up trigger smashing any time soon...

A year ago, I called Ruger to ask how to adjust the front sight on my new LC-9, as it was just slightly off center.

They suggested that they would send me a new slide instead (with a perfectly centered front sight), and I just returned my old one in box provided.

Easy breezy, all in less than a week.

BTW, I have 3 firearms listed on my LTC. You guessed it, all Rugers.

There is a reason Ruger does not have a warranty. They just fix it. They way it should be done.
Ruger is that standard to judge all others by.

I have been a huge fan of Ruger for years, and in the very few times I have had to contact them, I have never been let down. It is really great to see an American company respond to its customers like this, all while making some of the toughest products on the market.

Smith & Wesson used to be that fast, lately I am disappointed. I sent a Ruger in for service 10 years or so ago about the same time I had to send in a S&W,both took 2 weeks from start to finish. This time S&W is slooooooow.

That is pretty impressive right there. Too bad all companies don't operate on these principles.

So far with owning two Ruger handguns and a 10-22 rifle, we have had no problems to speak of. Hope this continues, but if we do have issues, it's good to know they take care of owners.

The LCP was stolen in a burglary but while we had it, the pistol was the first one I got for my wife to carry. She now totes the Ruger LCR in .357 magnum.

She also wanted a 10-22 rifle and we have one now. We like Ruger very well.

My step-son has the LC9 and it has been flawless to say the least. Ruger is perhaps one of the best out there now.
