Im going to buy 3-4 AR lowers and build them up. Ive done this many times, so I already have the tools and my uppers picked out.
Im thinking of getting one of the 11.5" and the ATF forms to have one as a SBR.
But one thing I dont know is, who actually forges the lowers?
Im not sure if I'll Buy the DPMS lowers, or Rock River Arms. I have teo RRA's already, and they are great. But anyone know who makes them and teh DPMS? Are they the same manufacturer?
I also have a Bushy, but I refuse to pay them the outrageous price they want for a lower just because their name is stamped in it.
Just for fun, Im posting a pic of the DPMS lower. I kinda like the design in the DPMS more.
Primary Carry Gun: Sig Sauer 229~R (.40cal w/ Golden Saber JHP's)
Last I heard, the RRA lowers were forged by Stag arms. May or may not be that way anymore.
