    lint free patches?

I use patches for wiping down my gun parts during cleaning.

The ProShot patches I use leave a large amount of lint on the gun.

Are there any patches that don't leave any or as much lint behind as the ProShot patches?

    Thanks.

That is the same brand I use but I do not have a lint problem. Patches are cheap, just try another brand.

A good option I used to find - apart from the commercial lint-free stuff I used to get - is bed linen. Either pillow slips or worn out sheets.

These, if good cotton, will be lint-free usually and if cut up into approx 2"x4" pieces will serve nicely. Also - some t-shirt material is good too - a fitting way to use up discarded t-shirts!

I Have Never Had a Lint Problem...

but after using patches, I do use pieces of old T-shirts for a final 'run through'...

    Stay safe!

During my ccw class, I was told that if you are going to use a t-shirt etc ,to use only 100% cotton oterwise it wont pick up the grime...

just get some flannel at the sewing shop or save worn flannel clothing and cut your own, not much lint and you can have better sized patches and wipe down cloths.
