    Replaced sights on AO 1911

    I had planned on leaving this gun stock but the rear sight came off so I decided it was time for some upgrades.

    Going to be doing more in time, but first trip to the range with the updates tomorrow.

    Getting old was not on my list of "things to do" in the Golden Years!

    Hope Auto Ordinance has improved since taken over by Kahr. I had one back in the 90's that was a jam-o-matic. Didn't matter what kind of ammo I tried in it.

    Actually yes, Kahr has done a great job turning AO around. I have not had a single issue with this gun, other than the rear sight coming loose and I don't consider that a big deal. I've heard few if any complaints about AO since Kahr move manufacturing to Worcester,MA.
