    Aguila ammo

    anyone familiar or has used Agulia Ammo? I have a chance to buy some 9mm at a good price but have never heard of this manufacture I believe it is made in Mexico.

    Made in Mexico. CMP sells it for their shooting programs, it is a decent ammo for a decent price. They were buying truck loads of 22 LR and 30 Carbine.

    I've used it in 9mm and 38 sp. Better than most "cheap" ammo. Full power loads, not hot but certainly not mild either.

    I've shot a lot of Aguila .45 ACP FMJ. It's good stuff.

    They even have a fast .22 that beats all others; even CCI. Have not had any trouble with any I've shot.

    I've used it, does great. Their 22 rimfire stuff smells funny, but it goes bang when it's suppose to.

    The 9mm stuff seems to work fine - haven't used any other cals.

    I've fired several boxes of the 9mm, fmj and jhp. Feeds great thru everything I've tried it in, accurate too.

    I've shot both .38 special and .357 mag. Decent range ammo. Maybe a little dirty. Had two squibs out of 100.

    Yep it's made down there. About the only good thing I have to say about Mexico is this ammo maker. Check out their mini 12G rounds. They also make a 54Gr sniper round for 22. Buy it if you can. It's good ammo.

    I like the Aguila ammo. I've only bought and used their 22LR offerings, but if that's any indication, it is good quality and performs very well.
    Carry means carry. That means all of the time. If you don't, you're just kidding yourself and opening up options for someone to take you down.

    Been using their 45 colt 200 gr for cowboy action.... I reckon it works well.
