Nice, I've really been wanting to get one of these, but am just having a hard time justifying it when the wife asks why. Apparently because I want isn't a good enough reason lol. Report back after you take it to the range please.

C&R's a beautiful thing. I imagine the Tokarev is, as well ... but it's hard to tell without PICS!!

I have a TT33 (without the thumb safety) Great little guns. That 7.62x25 round is surprisingly high velocity. Makes shooting at a distance really run to hear how quickly it reports on impact.

Mine came back from Viet Nam as a war trophy, so it's a no-safety version, prior to the restriction requiring the thumb safety for import. My local stores seem to have tons of surplus ammo for the thing, and it's fairly cheap.

Uh yeah buy all the ammo you can it seems like some places get all the weird ammo.

Well if you have a lot you should get one of these to burn it up with :

that and a cz52 and a cheep 1911 in 7.62x25 is what I would buy if I could find a deep source of 7.62x5

Wicked little round. I saw a test on youtube where the round went completely through a Kevlar helmet.

Congrats on the C&R. 7.62X25 is easy to find around here.

Here she is, a little tweaked at the gun shop. They did not send the spare mag and other stuff they promised. Was so doused in cosmoline I couldn't pull the trigger. Ended up having to break down the pistol completely and boil it in bleach water to remove it.

C&R FFL is a wonderful thing. It's lovely when the brown truck of joy comes down the drive way. Best $30 you can spend.....
