Interesting video - clerk shoots BG
Found this on another forum and thought you all might find it interesting. The clerk gives up all the money but when told to come out from behind the counter she thinks, "why does he want me to do this when he has the money". She had never fired a gun but draws one from under the counter and shoots the BG. Turns out he doesn't have a gun so she is afraid of what the authorities will do to her. Seems even non-gun people know sometimes the law works against the law-abiding.

She doesn't have to be afraid as she's got a solid case.
The BG as shown on tapemotioned and acted as though he was armed. She doesn't know what he has on him be it a gun, knife, or length of rope. Additionally there is a disparity of focer as well he being a male at a higher level og general fitness as shown than she is and her being female.

Good for her!
That was the day she chose to take control of her own destiny and not be a victim, whether the BG was armed or not.

You never, ever, ever! know for a fact the BG is completely unarmed ... particularly when the BG is in the middle of his my-finger-is-a-gun routine during an armed robbery. The first part may have been about the money, but the second part was about the powah. The idiot deserved every ounce of resistance he got. Good for her, for keeping her wits and her life.

Great show on her part, esp. for someone with little or no firearm experience.
I'd like to know if she's quit that job or gotten some firearms training (maybe even gotten her CCL) since then....
And, although I am a little more hesitant here than some to pull the trigger, I am of the opinion that she exercised a great deal of restraint.
I would have shot him again and again and again and again- I would never have heard him say that he didn't have a weapon due to the report of my rounds....and if I had, I might have kept on shooting, 'cause I probably wouldn't trust his word on the matter.

The BG doesn't have to be armed to make you feel in fear of your life, although it will help your case later if he does.
