You're in a gunfight. What's the handgun you DON'T want the BG to have?

I thought this would be an interesting twist on handgun types/models. So say the situation is you are some how cornered and are in a gunfight until police arrive or you put him down or he puts you down. You can't flee the situation. You have your "trusty" carry gun. But what's the handgun you would not want to see in the BG's hand?

(Let's keep this to handguns only)

.50 AE, or Desert Eagle in .44 Mag, with 20 extra magazines, for either. And, the "ability" to control recoil and shot placement.

Anything, really - but a MAC-10 and an Uzi are way up high on the list!

Don't most goons shoot with the gun sideways because it looks cool? Other than that, a gun that is reliable.

The one Gene Simmons used in that Tom Selleck movie, Runaway. Basically anything that can shoot around corners and has a tracking device.

Honestly, I am more concerned about his ability to shoot a gun than what type he has. A 22 can kill as well as a 45. One well placed shot offsets hicap mags.
Then I heard the voice of the Lord saying, “Whom shall I send? And who will go for us?”
And I said, “Here am I. Send me!”

I was going to say a Beretta, but then I have to repeat what others have said. I don't want the BG to have anything they know how to shoot.

I don't want the BG to have any gun. I don't care if it's a cannon or a 22 short.

One with bullets. Without bullets I don't care about caliber, his ability or the weapons reliability.
