    SIXTO has a new toy

Anyone who knows me, knows I have a fetish for .22's, Rugers in particular. They are just so easy to build up.

Anyway, I found a Tactical Solutions Pac-Lite upper in OD green with a threaded barrel, rail and a muzzle break. I just had to buy another 22/45 to mount it on.
I didnt know how tough it was to find a mark 2 now, so I settled on the 3
I'm not sure what good a muzzle break will do on a .22, so I need to find something else to put on it.... a can maybe?

I'm in need of suggestions from anyone who owns a silencer for a 22.

Oh yeah, I left out the best part, I only spent $200!

For those of you who have know idea what I'm talking about, heres a link- www.tacticalsol.com

It looks plenty cool without the can, but with it would just be awesome. I'll try and post some as soon as I take the time to read up on how to do it.

    Lots of potential!

I gotta say I love my 22/45, even tho the controls still have some sharp edges, which one day I will smooth off when I can endure a total take-down!

Is the 22/45 as much a pain to take down and put back together as the Mark II?

Same gun really in essence. I agree the re-assembly is tricky but it gets easier after first time or two. Of course mag release is different and haven't taken mine down to all small parts yet - but if anyone can strip and re-assemble a Mk I, II or III they should be good for 22/45 - and vice versa.

If I wanted to suppress a Mk 2, 22/45, or Mk3, I'd probably personally recommend just buying the integrally suppressed upper available from a few vendors.

Save yourelf the mounting hassles. ;0
