Did the same thing with a CZ P01, during an extended break-in period. Went for some time without cleaning, to see how tolerant it was of gunk. It just got dirty to a point, then kept chugging along. I did put a drop or two of lube onto the rails and feed ramp at points, but no cleaning. Like the little Energizer bunny, it just kept on tickin'.
