Eagle globe & anchor grips
A few months back someone on another forum posted a pic of his 1911. It had the nicest grips I have ever seen. They were made from rosewood, checkered, and had the USMC eagleglobe and anchor cut in. Not burned or etched on the surface, but cut in deep.
Someone on the thread asked where he got the grips and he stated that they were a gift from his wife, and he thought she found them on ebay and that they were Kimber grips.
I have since searched high and low and can find no grips like them. I HAVE TO find some, so I am asking for any leads on where I can get a pair.
Thanks.

Try here, Devil Dog. The picture doesn't come up, but by the description, it is what you are looking for:

Or this on e-bay:

The others on ebay are a little too retro-redneck for me. JMO
