    Cool "Brass and action" pics

These are some photo's taken at a Utah Polite Society gathering last year. I was looking back over them and was struck at the open action and multiple flying brass shots.

Anyone want to share cool range photo's?

    Very Brrrr!

Nice pics but ........... do try and resize to a bit smaller - these are big enough to cause horizintal scrolling, particularly on folks running smaller screen res. Something under 800 is preferable .. even 640x480 region is enough and also it'll mean file sizes smaller - which is better for download speeds - and will save you space on photobucket . for more pics!

    No action pics...

But I have to ask about the guy shooting the HK right handed, but carrying his 1911 left handed. What's with that?

I'm a lefty but I practice both. The MP5 belongs to the local swat cop. I was itching to shoot an el pres with it in full auto but he couldn't figure out how to switch the tac sling for me. So I shot the sub right handed and transitioned to my 1911 left.

It actually solves a lot of problems. I did the same last weekend with a shotgun house clearing stage. The old shot gun had no sling so I just dropped to a one handed low ready when it ran dry and finished up with my hand gun in the other hand.

Works with my AK as well.

As for the "BBRRR". all I have to say is.....

    WIMPS!

That actually sounds like a useful setup. Might have to consider some off handed drills that way.
