I'm looking at Glock 19's...
I don't know why, but ever since I saw those two tone ones I think Stoveman posted, they've been in the dark recesses of my mind...
I don't own a Glock anymore. I do collect guns as well as shoot them, so I like diversity... and hey, G19 is the answer to every question, so I might as well jump on the bandwagon :duh:
Simply speaking, it's a pistol I want to own and get good with. Just for my own personal satisfaction.
I've been leaning towards the Gen 3. Was there a problem with them that Glock said they had to beef up the guide rod?
Is there anything else mechanically different?
Which one will be worth more in thirty years, the Gen 3 or 4? OK, just kidding about that last question :wink:
Anyway, I think I'm going to get me one. I'll work the trigger guard a little so it's a little more comfortable on the middle finger, but maybe it will fit my hand differently than that 41 did, which was rather large and blocky. So I'll go small and blocky.
