Exclamation My Rear 1911 Sight Keeps Coming Loose HELP!

I am a professional welder and Home Gunsmith and I am having a problem with my rear sight constantly coming loose and going out of adjustment.
I am a MUCH BETTER welder than I am a shooter but, I am getting tired of my rear sight constantly ending up either in the brim of my hat or busting up my shooting glasses.
    Any suggesions?
By the way if anybody wants their sights welded exactly like I did mine then just send me your slide and I'll weld it up for you.
My welding GREATLY INCREASES the value of your firearm as I am a world class welder.

I also do front sight installation.
Sometimes, I have a hard time getting them right in the middle of the slide and "straight up and down" but, I get them close enough for self-defense shooting.

Let me build you a nice custom Colt. Very reasonable labor costs.

    This should be a FELONY!

Up your amps- it works much better if you just meld the sight body into the slide as a single amorphous mass.

Weld a bayonet on it, that'll increase the value even more.

I can also do a Super Nice welded on Flared Magazine Well for you.

Sometimes it's tough to get the mags due to the excess weld spatter but, No Big Deal - the vast majority of gunfights are over in 2 or three rounds anyway.
