MecGar Magazines?
I ordered 5 more hi-cap magazines for my Sig's today.
The Magazine body says it was made in Italy, I was thinking they were MecGar mags.....
They are very high quality. I would say the same or even better than factory Sig Sauer magazines.
They also have the "Restricted LEO/Military" markings n them. They are brand new, but I can tell they were made a little while ago.
What do you folks think about these?

The SIG Factory magazines are MecGar magazines.
MecGar makes them for SIG.
And yes, for some reason MecGar finishes the MecGar or Italy stamped magazines better than the SIG factory mags.
I have no idea why....unless SIG is not willing to pay for the extra polishing step, because the MecGar mags have a beautiful higher gloss finish.

In general, MecGar are of the highest quality. So whenever you see them for any gun, you can be certain that you won't regret buying them.
They mfr mags for a lot of gun makers out there. Some have their name on the mags, whereas others don't for contractual reasons.
