I'm not a member (yet), but you might check out Front Range IDPA (http://www.coloradoshooting.org/fridpa.htm).

I've looked at both the IDPA and USPSA websites, and unless I'm missing it, there don't seem to be any matches in the Denver/Aurora area. Before I send off a few emails to some of the closest USPSA clubs, I thought I'd ask here and see if anyone in the Denver metro is a member of a club..and if so, where are your matches/practices held?
I'd like to join, because more practice is always good, and USPSA/IDPA looks much more suited to CC practice then just standing there at a 'normal' range. Unfortunately, driving 2 hours or more to get to a match on a regular basis isn't an option at this point.
Clear Creek is the closest you are going to get for IDPA.
There is a USPSA match once a month at the Aurora gun club. I went last year to check one out and they seemed like a very nice group of people, however time and money constraints have kept me from joining.
Here are some other sites to check out.
