Cool AK vs. AR vs. Mosin Nagant Humor

Don't know how many of you have read this, but I found it a really funny list of differences between the three different rifles.
    My favorites are:

    AK:
~It works though you have never cleaned it. Ever.
~You buy cheap ammo by the case.

    AR:
~You have $9 per ounce special non-detergent synthetic Teflon infused oil for cleaning.
~You lovingly reload precision crafted rounds one by one.

    Mosin Nagant:
~It was last cleaned in Berlin, 1945.
~You dig your ammo out of a farmer's field in Ukraine and it works just fine.

The sad thing is that is the truth
"[T]he people are not to be disarmed of their weapons.
They are left in full possession of them."

Zacharia Johnson (speech in the Virginia Ratifying Convention,25 June 1778)"The best we can hope for concerning the people at large is that they be properly armed." ~Alexander Hamilton

Yeah, I still love my AR's just as much as My AK's.

Maybe love my AR's a little more than the Mosin Nagant though.
I hate coming back from the range feeling like I have no shoulder left.

The people who fought in battle with that rifle day after day, year after year must really have some bad arthritis!

Hell, I've seen pic's of small framed women using that rifle in battle during Vietnam too.
    Those were some tough chicks!

LOL...I love my Mosin's. Nothing like buying a case of rifle ammo for $30. I have more fun shooting my m44 carbine than any gun I've ever owned, of course my shoulder probally disagrees, but o well.

That's the funniest thing I've seen in a long time.

And, like Dakotaranger says, it's all true.

I've got 12 Mosins, and I can sing their praises like you wouldn't believe.

I know this...those M44's of mine with their fireballs are sure an attention getter at the range...

The truth hurts. Or in this case, the Mosin hurts.

HotGuns is right, the fireballs are great. I like saving it 'til last and shooting it at dusk. Better than fireworks.

Randy, I've been thinking about picking one up for a long time. There are always quite a few at our gun show (finally re-opening next weekend) and it might just be time I grabbed one. The carbines w/ folding bayonet appeal to me. I've even got about 500 rounds of 7.62x54 stashed away. Seems like for the price, it'd be hard to go wrong.
    Cheers,

Get one (or two, or a few)...you won't regret it.

Good, cheap fun...and a couple of mine even shoot pretty well (golf-ball sized groups at 100 yards).

Mosin Nagant.....Kills on one end, wounds on the other.....
Mine used to attract a lot of attention until the local gun shop got a big shipment of m44's. Now everyone has one :) I'd get people coming up to me telling me about the "fireball" my carbine was spitting out. For around 100 bucks, you get a heck of a lot of fun.

The m44's with the bayo extended get a lot of looks at the range. My brother and I like to go to the range armed "WW2" style. Last week we took 3 Mosins, 2 Mausers, 2 Enfields, 1 1911, and my M1 carbine. The sad part is that I have probally less money in all those guns than the guy shooting one "super-tactical Ar-15 whatcha-ma-bob" next to me. Mine also make bigger holes and louder bangs. Of course my shoulder is still yellow and black, but o well.

I have thought about putting marshmellows on my bayonet and seeing if 5 rounds will roast them
