    Post C&R Question

    I had my C&R License in my last state, but with the move and all that, I didn't notice that it expired during the time I was moving.

    I want to renew it, but as I understand it. I need to just reapply. Right?
    Do I have to do anything extra since I had a C&R license before?

    Also, when I first got my C&R I had to fill out a "US Citizen Affidavit". But with the new forms I requested from the ATF, that paper didn't come with them.

    I looked all over the BATF website, and there arent answers to my questions.

    I was hoping some of you knew a little about my situation.

    I had to renew mine last Apirl, I had to send the copies to my Cheif Law Enforcement officers in my location. The didn't send me the citizenship verification either and I got my license 2 weeks ago.

    no citizenship form with the new C&R...it's actually built into the new form and doesn't apply to citizens if I recall correctly
